Just checked out this morning. Everything was excellent customer service, rooms, bar with live jazz music, and food. The courtesy car was great for having dinner/lunch in the area (2 miles or less). Our trip was amazing because of the amenities at this hotel. Definitely worth the stay. I have no complaints.

We only stayed for 1 night before our flight to Cancun, but it was an amazing stay. The valet was quick, convenient, and professional. Check-in was a breeze and explained all services well. I didn't get to utilize the car service but it was good to know that they offer a complimentary car service within 2 mile radius of the hotel. Super convenient. Room was clean and big! The bathroom was huge which was a huge plus for my wife and my daughter. Also, they prepared the infant crib and humidifier ahead of time as I requested which is always nice when I don't have to remind the front. Breakfast was also phenomenal. Overall, a great hotel and actually a good value too. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Buckhead area.

This Place is so nice, and really Pretty. The people here is SO RESPECTFUL, and so just so NICE! I really recommend this hotel, and the Suite Room. The Suite Room is so big and soooo nice! I would come back here!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I don’t know if this was for just Suite rooms, but the Suite rooms contained drinks and foods such as Water, Ginger-ale, Coke, and like Chocolate Chip Cookies, Caramel Popcorn, Chocolate Almonds, and Pretzel Nuggets. This Hotel is an outstanding experience if you are looking for a hotel that makes you feel welcomed and feel like you are the only person in the Hotel. I would definitely would come back here again!!

Plenty of reviews here to formulate your opinion. I will echo the hard bed and soft/flimsy pillow as an issue. The pillows have zero support. Had to stack two and was still uncomfortable. We ordered foam pillows and received one with more support but it was still “feather”. Spa is great, gym is great, pool is great, staff is great. Food is also quite good. Give me better pillows and bed and this would get 5 stars.

We stayed here earlier this month and LOVED IT! Such a great experience. The staff caters to you in a way that makes you feel like you are the ONLY guest in the hotel. From the valet staff to the in-room dining staff and everyone in between, we could not have asked for a better experience! As far as the room- just beyond nice!! Truly loved it!! The food was OUTSTANDING! Coming back in October for my birthday and considering spending Thanksgiving there as well!
