An awesome hotel, great spot, impeccable service and very responsive personnel! We have been greeted very warmly. The whole personnel was beyond nice and helpful! The hotel apparently been renovated lately and looked very fresh and chick, done with a great taste and attention to detail! Definitely one of our best stays in Italy! Cannot recommend it enough!

Everyone was very helpful, thoughtful and very kind. The manager took care of us as a diamond member. I am planning to say again. It was classy and upscale. The door men was amazing and had a very professional attitude. The rooftop with DJ was amazing and great way to wind down after a long tour day. The breakfast was top notch and great service and atmosphere. The decoration of the hotel was 5 stars and the location of the hotel was a great spot and easy to walk around

I am not one to write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. My husband and I loved this hotel. We loved in so much we went back after our cruise. Perfect location across the street from the US Embassy, short walking distance to the Trevi and Spanish Steps, lovely street with outdoor cafes. The rooms were impressive, clean, comfortable and worth every Penny. However, the star attractions are the people who work there! Customer service and satisfaction are the primary focus and it shows . We even had one of the desk employees run after us as we walked down the street to ask a question. We absolutely loved eating breakfast here which is full of delicious all you can eat food. Servers were amazing. I would definitely go back here. If you are concerned about price, call and ask if there are any specials. However, you get what you pay for and this was worth every penny. Felt very safe and comfortable our entire stay!

The InterContinental Rome was fantastic! The rooms were beautiful and clean, housekeeping was fantastic. Staff was amazing, helpful, and kind. Always smiling! Breakfast was so delicious, so many options. Minutes away from the metro, food, and shops. Quiet, never heard our neighbors or outside. Beautiful Christmas decorations! I highly recommend this hotel, I truly have nothing negative to say!
