The room was spacious and had a view of the town, the only let down was the bed, it was terrible, a springy bed that you could feel and would creak when you moved around. Wasn't expecting that in a 4 star hotel. Also, despite our room being on the 8th floor, it was bit noisy, we could hear dogs barking at night and roosters crowing in the morning.

Food is not nice, not many choices. Room design is not reasonable, desk in front of restroom instead ot next to window, I planned to work but impossible. Sofa was placed between window and bed so tightly, can not seat. All made my family uncomfortable

Very nice hotel. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, abundant breakfast. I stayed here on 01/01/2024 for one night.

Booked and paid online by their reviews and photos for 10 days in this hotel. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with their unfriendly staffs, unprofessional services, dark atmospheres, unsafe gym equipment, unpleasant pool condition, unclean room and bad food quality. This hotel needs a major updates for their 4-stars hotel status. Better choices other than this, please avoid this hotel.

Beautiful room views. Clean rooms and spacious. The shower is absolutely a premium experience. The price is reasonable for services and amenities such as breakfast and swimming. The breakfast menu is great. I suggest they add more western options such as pancakes, waffles and scrambled eggs. I suppose you can get eggs if you ask, I had to have my wife who is Vietnamese request them. The staff I thought were just okay. They should cheer up. They don't accept Amex cards. This is disappointing for a 4 star hotel. I understand the higher merchant fee, but if you want to be a premium hotel, then allow premium payment options as Amex provides a certain class of spenders premium benefits and rewards. Overall, I do recommend this hotel and would stay here again. It's a great place! Nothing I listed above is bad. It's just my suggestions.
