Victoria was amazing! The rooms were perfect, the facility was heavenly. The food was excellent. And best of all was the staff. Oh, and the floating market tour was fun too (thanks Trung). This place is a must for anyone heading to the Mekong.

I can only assume that this was once quite an impressive resort. The outdoor areas, architecture and pool are beautiful but unfortunately it looks like this hotel hasn’t been updated since the late 90s. Rooms, although very clean, are tired with small bathroom. Our aircon was struggling to keep the room cool and needs updating. Location is very good with only a short walk to town. However the lighting between the hotel and the footbridge was not working making leaving this part of the walk dark - not ideal for tourists.

I have been here for 1 night at weekend with my family. The resort architecture is beatiful. It's French style like in old day, but the resort was clean and tidy. It was impressed me much from the first sight. The food is great, the staff is helpful. The pool is large and deep. My kid was so surprised that deep. He didn't understand why an old resort has such deep pool.

I stayed at the hotel with my parents and we were very impressed. The hotel itself is like a little oasis set in lush gardens surrounding a giant pool boardering the Mekong river. Although just a short walk to the centre of town it provides a quiet and tranquil escape. We loved the old heritage design of the hotel and thought it was well maintained. The staff are excellently trained with welcoming smiles and attentive service. We tried three tours all with Trung and they were wonderful. As the hotel boarders the river we were able to walk right out the door and into the hotels boat to see the floating market and a nearby farming village. Trung was a great guide and took care of us. The tours are also surprisingly well priced when compared to other companies. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also a highlight with a delicious variety of options. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Stayed here at the start of our Vietnam trip and loved the older style of the hotel, the great service and the fantastic food. We found the hotel tours were competitively priced and took 3 fun tours with Trung as our excellent guide. We’ve since stayed at the Rex in HCMC (prefer hotels with some style and history), and a resort on Phu Quoc, and the Victoria in Can Tho had the best service of all of them.
