This hotel isn’t a four-star hotel. It doesn’t deserve their stars. The rooms are infected by cockroaches 🪳 in the bedroom and bathroom. NO WINDOWS IN THE ROOMS! My parents were on the 3rd floor, room 310, and there was a window but we couldn’t open it! The breakfast wasn’t good and enough for a hotel with this standing. No electricity in the morning after breakfast. The hotel was entirely without electricity also the elevators and it happened several times. We had a room on the 11th floor (room 1106), we couldn’t make it to the 11th floor from the Restaurant. The service was completely empty. We just had the luggage carried to the room. The staff doesn’t know where the rooms are on the floor. They aren’t understanding and they don’t find any solution! We won’t book again in this hotel. AVOID THIS TERRIFIC HOTEL! Run away if you want to book. It’s a lie advertisement about the four-star!

We were at holiday one 9/17/23 The room looked clean ...when we started unpacking several flies flew around, went to bathroom even more flies !! We got goosebumps all over, A/C Didn't work properly, we called front desk they did move us to different room but still have flies but dead not alive ....too much hassle we decided just stay for that night& checked out next morning also they didn't have A/C on hallway so just really smell musky... Holiday one look pretty it could be better if they have A/C on for whole building

We stayed here 2 nights. Room had dated furniture, air conditioning took a while to turn on, bathroom shower had mold/mildew on the shade. Poor bathroom. Front reception does not speak any English, so couldn’t communicate at all. Asked for ice multiple times using a translator & showed a picture of ice for them to finally understand. Don’t recommend this hotel. Location is at the end of a road with 1 restaurant in the area.

Really bad customer service, the reception is not enthusiastic support for guests. The room door is not soundproof, everyone who talks outside I can hear it, especially the cleaning ladies who are on the same floor talking and laughing loudly. The first time I went to a hotel to forget something and then lost it and couldn't get it back like that, the staff is dishonest, the hotel has a 4-star reputation but it's really too bad, although the staff is crowded, the customer support is not effective. The result did not solve the problem, when checking in, the female receptionists just talked to me and turned to talk and laugh with each other very rude.

We booked 5 nights at this hotel. 4 Stars for the Housekeeping. This woman’s try everything to make us happy. Also very polite. 2 Stars for the Reception and entrance. Bad English speaking staff. Not friendly enough and zero attention. 1 Star for the Breakfast team. In my eyes this was lazy as fu… I always empty glasses, empty coffee und very dirty. Also they don’t care if someone smoke there! The breakfast was horrible. Why you don’t put more attention to this. For a hotel it’s the most important think after the cleaning side. More kind of breads, cheese, butter, sausage like ham and salami. Can’t understand what so difficult to have something like this. Better pay more and take a look to Sheraton.
