Loved our stay here for 5 days in May 2023! The hotel is situated very close to the old town and on the weekend there’s a market right in front! There’s great variety of breakfast every morning and the staffs are so eager to help. They even asked us if we wanted anything specific for breakfast so that they could prepare for the next morning. I actually felt ill for a few days and had to stay mostly in the room. The free water and fruits supply are such saviours. Around the corner there’s also different stores like a 7-11 that you could buy anything pretty conveniently. There’s also a coin laundry place right across the street. The area felt super safe with friendly residents around. Even at night, though there’s not much street light, we were very comfortable walking towards the old town center for dinner and back. When we arrived at our next destination, we realized the charger was left behind. We didn’t expect anything but the hotel helpfully reached out and offered to send it to us. That was super helpful and we can’t be more grateful and recommend iSilver enough!

We enjoyed our stay at Isilver. Comfy and new rooms, A nice bathroom, comfy matrasses, fast WiFi and a good breakfast. The staff is very friendly, i recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed here passing through from the airport to another spot, but I wish we had several days here. The hotel is located in a quiet spot in the neighborhood and is just minutes walking from the big markets and Chiang Mai Old Town. It's the perfect location for walking to explore. The rooms are modern and incredibly comfortable. We had a third floor stay overlooking rooftops and it was beautiful night and day. Service is excellent here. Everything we needed was included and staff made sure we were comfortable for our brief stay. The breakfast buffet is very hearty. There is self-serve for water refills and additional bottles in the lobby, tho the room already came with four. Next time I'm in Chiang Mai I'd like to spend several nights here to explore the city more.
