I used to enjoy staying at this hotel before. But during my last stay, the hotel is getting old (the rooms only, other facilities are still OK). The hotel needs huge renovation to catch up with hotels nearby that offer same price and luxury service. During my last stay, I had to check-out halfway through my trip and changed hotel due to AC issues as the staff justified it due to cold weather outside (other hotels AC are cold and work perfectly). Lastly, some of hotel staff get a star for trying their best to solve the issue, but the problems are out of their hands. Other reception staff (I would not specify which female :) ) enjoys keeping you waiting.

This property is excellent, so is the location. The staff were nice and kind. Views from the upper floor were superb and beds comfy. However, the breakfast menu could have been much better. Less options that hardly change. But, there’s so many local restaurants nearby. Another area of improvement is the cleanliness of the exterior windows. If you are staying on the higher floors with excellent sea views, the dirty windows doesnt add to that view :) But overall, great stay. The staff’s (mostly all) acknowledgement of a loyal Bonvoy member was a great feel good factor. Will definitely come back here on my next trip to Istanbul.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rates may be somewhat steep but quality has a price. Highly recommended!

Date of stay: March 2023 Wonderful hotel situated in the heart of Şişli - with Metro station 5-7min walk away Rooms were clean & spacious with daily cleaning. Breakfast had a great variety with multitude of options and variety of traditional Turkish and continental options. Service at the breakfast was impeccable. However, having stayed at Marriott hotels throughout the world, the service was subpar (not including service received at breakfast) on one occasion when returning from the city no one was in the lobby to greet us and help with our baggage/shopping. On another occasion I asked reception to book us taxi only for us find out it has not been booked and I had to make arrangements myself, which caused us to get late to a meeting on that day. When ordering something from room service, service was slow and not up-to the internationally renowned Marriott level. These are some of the events which tarnished my otherwise wonderful stay at the hotel.
