I visited this lovely hotel with my daughter. It was highly recommended to us by our friends, so we've decided to give it a go. The hotel is in an excellent location. It's very close to the sea front and shops. It's a pretty new and charming place. As soon as we've arrived, which was very late, around midnight, we were welcomed by staff at the reception. Our room was amazing, good size, and very clean. Our room had a sea view, and we also had a balcony. We didn't get up for breakfast as we wanted to rest in the morning. We've used room service instead. The food was fantastic! I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone. We are planning to come back again in spring.

My stay at this hotel was immaculate. The hotel owner, Mr. Selim was very friendly and beyond welcoming. He made us feel right at home. He was very helpful and was always around. I got sick during our stay and he offered to take me to the doctors office himself, and checked on me every day for the rest of our stay. The hotel staff are very nice and kind and they speak English well which is something you don’t find in Turkey easily. The hotel is also very kid-friendly, and they have a bowl of candy refilled every day just for the kids to enjoy. The rooms were upgraded and were furnished in a modern way, and had great taste. The hotel was always quiet and the atmosphere was very peaceful and pleasant, which was really nice. The hotel also feels safe all day and night. The hotel is also close to multiple supermarkets and food places, and to the Marmara Sea Shore which is the view of the upper levels of the hotel, where a lot of activities can be done. It is also close to Marmara Street, which is the main shopping area in Avçilar. Overall, i loved this hotel and will definitely be going back when i visit Istanbul as it is truly one of the best.

I had a stay for over a week & loved the place. The rooms are very modern & super clean. It's a minute walk away from the sea shore, located in a good local area. The breakfast was fresh every day. Also their spa services are amazing.

It was a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is amazing, if you want anything you will find it near with a time of 2 to 6 minutes walking maximum. It has an extraordinary view on the sea. And the owner was extremely welcoming and friendly during our whole stay. The hotel is very safe and peaceful. They have wifi everywhere in the hotel which is very helpful. And the hotel service is great. You can ask for anything and get it in no time. Lastly, a very big thank you to Mr. Selim (the owner) for being very friendly. I will definitely go back there again.

Nice owner, Mr Selim is very welcoming man. You can find him helps you every moment, your luggage, renting a car, parking your car, restaurant guide, reserving seats, solving any problem. Really he loves his work, so you have no choice but to love him. The staff is well chosen, all of them speak English very well and always smile. Rooms have a great taste furnishing, light modern with comfortable colors. The hotel is very close to the sea, you need 2 mints walk to be there. Very good experience, we should go there again.
