I had an outstanding experience at the Jasmine . The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, the breakfast was delightful, and the location was simply amazing. The value for money was impressive, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Great bang for you buck. The good. Friendliest and helpful staff, much like most of Thailand Clean and all the basics are available. The bad Hotel Amenities and restaurant are below avg. Most things are available, but not good as other hotels. The up to you Location is in between BKK airport and where most tourist stay. Cheaper food/services but less choices, people don't speak English. Massage/food/etc at center of tourist area vs prices here, 60-80% cheaper Far from public transit lines, Pick this hotel if this isn't your first time in Bangkok, know how to get around. Speak a little Thai or know how to use Google translate. I would stay again. Can't complain

Stayed here for 4 nights, in apart. with 2 rooms + living area, overall a pleasant accommodation. Rooms are big, AC wasn’t powerful enough to cool down one of the rooms. Although had 2 balconies, they are locked. Outdoor gym is small, no AC inside, few equipments, some gears, one kettlebell. Service is excellent, very helpful, responsive and kind staff. Cleaning and change of towels everyday. Wi-fi in rooms is not really stable. There is a grocery shop with entrance right from lobby, very convenient. Located far from downtown (around 30-40 min with taxi), but the area is calm. Their food menu is not really best.

Stayed there for 3 days. Positives: 1. Rooms are big Negatives: 1. Staffs in general are rude. 2. They expect you to pay the deposit in cash only. 3. You need to retain a paper as a proof of deposit. If you loose it, don't expect your deposit back. Aalia at the front desk will say a loud and rude - "CANNOT". These guys need some serious training in customer experience. 4. Location is away from the main city and public transport is hard to get .
