Jaya House is the best hotel that I have ever seen before. The hotel is very clean, very comfortable and very cute. Also all of the workers of the hotel very nice and kind. They brought us for a special ceremony to the Monk and they gave us very important information about what we need to know about religion and culture (Thank you so much Udon) . We have 3 kids on that vacation, and all that time they were really so kind and helpful. Especially, Finn, you are the best general manager in the world, always smiley, always helpful. Your energy made us happy and relaxed. I was so surprised that when the lady was preparing our flowers you helped her, you communicated with all the guests and you did your job really fantastically. I intend to come back and stay in your hotel again soon ❤️🙏

I never wanted to leave. If I could give this place and the staff more stars I would. Free laundry and daily spa was enough, but you get so much more than that! The food is amazing, the service is on par with some of the best 5 star hotels I've ever stayed in, the constant freebies and care they take to not disturb you, but also make you feel like a vip 24/7. Nothing is too big of an ask for them. I wish I could live there. Forever.

Jaya House is a truly exceptional resort experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with smiles and open arms. Jaya staff helped us set up guides and transportation, and the managers took the time to explain all aspects of the resort experience as well as check in about how our stay was going. Laundry service was impeccable, daily spa treatments were nice and it was easier than expected to secure and move appointments. The restaurant was excellent and we had several meals there as well as the included breakfast. While we were touring they even delivered a picnic lunch to Angkor Park. Jaya organics products in the bathrooms smell amazing. When our flight out of Siem Reap was significantly delayed, the Jaya team not only allowed us to come back and use the stunning facilities, but also set us up with a room where we could change and relax. Thank you, Jaya House, for the most incredible last stop on our honeymoon. It has been such a pleasure and we cannot wait to recommend you to friends back home.

I've visited Jaya House today, and what an amazing experience that was! The staff is incredible helpful and friendly, and you cannot turn in any direction, without finding the most gorgeous display of artwork, combined with such a peaceful and natural ambience. This place is pure perfection in every way. The view is jaw-dropping, the food is divine, and the drinks are sublime. This is a must see for everyone.
