Great location with amazing staff. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Pool was phenomenal and it’s a very short walk to all the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Only critique is to read the fine print on your booking. The hotel charges a 10% service charge in addition to a 2% bed tax and 10% VAT none of which is reflected in your room rate. Additionally you can find great quality airport transfers, massages, and temple tours online or just by talking to the locals for about 25% of the cost that this hotel will charge you to arrange it. There are plenty of excellent quality hotels for better value nearby I would try next time. Would stay here again if redeeming points. Enjoy your visit to the beautiful Siem Reap!

The staff is superb and the service impeccable. This is a lovely, tranquil property right in the heart of siem reap so very convenient. Good food, a unique and pretty pool. I’m sure this is the best in siem reap. There were small things that could work better. Very slow WiFi in the rooms. The room lighting system is hard to figure out and annoying. The room keys continually stopped working - we all had to get new cards at least once and some twice. We weren’t doing anything unusual with the cards!

Great location. Literally next to pub street and a lot of good restaurants and spa options. Rooms if no upgrade are standard not large but suite is nice with a giant bathroom! Bathroom products are great (le labo) and breakfast is excellent.
