The gay receptionist with the earring made fun of us for speaking another language and made faces like he was a child. He should be fired because that was so disrespectful and disgusting. However the door man was very kind and helpful he should be given a raise for his kindness. Hotel housekeeping is very good clean very sweet lady too. Hope you change the reception guy as soon as possible because if we were another family he would be punched in the face.

Super great location, 5 minutes walk to all the restaurants and cafes, the rooms are very clean, decent size, and the staff were very friendly.

Wonderfull place to stay with family and with friends, hotel located in good location which’s around many restaurants and mall—city’s and coffee shops and day and night safe to woke and enjoy your vacation. Hotel employees so kind and so welcoming and so friendly—helpful, especially Mr.Cam so sweetheart, we arrived to Istanbul 6 am and he check-in from 6 am by free charge early check-in. Definitely recommending, rooms so clean and enough space and bathroom as well.
