Jazzotel is neat and clean. Staff was very friendly; the only issue we had was with the language.. staff is not English speaking and hence it was a bit difficult to communicate. But the staff was very helpful. It has seven 11 stores next to it and has lot of stores around it. It is in a suburb kind of area, and not in the main city. But it was easy to reach through Grab cab. Overall good stay as the hotel overall is quite good. Swimming po is also decent.

Nice place, quite far from downtown. Elevator are very slow. Buffet is good but has a few choice

This my first time here I Stay for about 2 night. Unfortunately the curtain gets stuck open blinds. The Bathroom Closet Door tends to gets Stuck from time to time. The room has no Napkin in room just a of toilet Paper. Also there was no tooth brush available. Lastly the safe in my room tend to go off even once a well making it having a lousy night sleeping.

I stayed in 2 bedroom suite and it was a wonderful experience. Its a Newly renovated room and the room has 3 balcony. Fantastic!! There are 7eleven, massage parlour, weed shop, nail salon, atm, coffee shop just outside the building. Grab is quite hard to order as the hotel is situated away from the centre but taxi are quite easy to get. Just wave and smile. When we went there on new year, there are not really a lot of guests. Its very calm there. You can easily hear the bird’s chipping from the swimming pool area.

The front desk was not so kind it customer oriented. Specially one guy, I don’t know his name, when I asked he all of the sudden didn’t speak english. The room is old but clean. The pool is very old. Some tiles have fallen off and there’s a risk you can get a cut from the sharp edges. I took this with the front desk too but I don’t know if it was taken serious. Very unprofessional behavior from them. Rest of the staff was great. Very friendly.
