A large hotel a little away from downtown. The location is a little far off from famous platinum or other malls and the frequent shopping areas for family and others. Hotel is dated a little and they try to keep up the spirit though. Spacious hall gives good vibes and secure lifts are good . Rooms are spacious and sound proofing is very good. Wash rooms are spacious reminding of Japanese living rooms . Good room for family members . Buffet breakfast was average and Indian items were pretty pathetic looking . Continental food was okay and we managed with that. Swimming pool looked awesome .

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. It is calm and the service is very very good. They make you feel at home. The beds are clean and comfortable. We used the metro so easily. It is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Plenty of shops and restaurants that you can walk to. All the staff were very helpful especially JANJI she helped us to make reservations through the hotel to the elephant sanctuary plus a taxi that took and brought us back to the hotel.

The hotel people are extremely courteous and very helpful. For foreigners and even business travellers it's a good hotel for long-term stay. The hotel has a good variety of food and restaurants. The housekeeping makes you feel like home. The food service is very prompt and they customise as per your request. The location is convenient for business travellers.

Room is very old. The room is very outdated. Location is great. No issue with everyone. Not outlet next to the bed. Lighting is very dark the room is not bright. Water pressure is so strong in the sink. If you wash ur hands the water is go everywhere. The toilet flush is really slow. Breakfast is okay just average. Overall it’s okay. But there other places better and cheaper.
