We had a great stay. Very welcoming front desk and good service. Rooms are reasonably clean, just a bit sandy. Toilet and shower were okay, but the shower lacked some pressure at times. Top floor has a shared balcony with good views. Airconditioning worked great and was very silent. The fridge was quite noisy but not enough to keep us awake. 2 pools, shower and toilet on the outside of the hotel. Right in the center, so you can walk everywhere on the center island.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Ton Sai and only a couple of minutes from the closest beach. Although it was located close to the beach we couldn’t hear the music from the parties there, so we slept very well (but would be woken up very early at around 8am by the cleaning staff talking too loudly outside the rooms). The room itself was extremely disappointing and I found the photos online to be very misleading. The room was spacious (and had access to a communal pool) but was extremely dark (we had to use the torch from our phones to see), had very dated furniture, broken tiles (which cut my partners foot), and was full of mosquitoes. Additionally, the bathroom was in a very bad state with hardly any water coming from the shower. Any time another room used a shower or a flushed the loo the pipes would start to make very loud noises. The best part of the room was that the air conditioning worked and kept the room very cool. The hotel has so much potential but requires a lot of work to get it into an acceptable state.

Immediately greeted by very polite receptionist and shown to our room. Lovely room with balcony access to the pool. Room cleaned daily and looked after. I left my GoPro and a few other bits in the room when I left. This hotel has gone through the trouble of sending this over to Koh Samui for me! Excellent customer service and very grateful for their help!
