Fantastic hotel! The staff were amazing, from arrival to check out they went above and beyond. The hotel is very modern including the rooms, a nice pool, with a very questionable ‘gym’. That would be my only negative comment, they gym lacks equipment. The rooms were very spacious and bright. A lovely café at the front of the hotel which does great fresh orange juice, would highly recommend! Great location with bars and restaurants all within a five minute walk. Would 100% recommend and would definitely book again!

This is an excellent boutique hotel located right in the heart of beautiful Chiang Mai. We loved the easy walking access to many restaurants, cultural sites, and the Sunday night walking market. The staff here are so friendly and amazing. They are always smiling and eager to help when needed. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and I especially appreciated the made to order egg station. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the AC was not very cold at first. We had to ask the front desk to adjust the temperature from their main control panel. After a while it cooled down nicely, but it’s strange that we could not control the AC from our room. Otherwise a great experience!

The staff is incredible, kind and so helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The room is stylish, well decorated and very welcoming. It is a little walk to the restaurant scene and right on the main street but they have bikes for free rent and a very quality cafe downstairs.

I'm not sure why this is a 3 star hotel as it's alot better than many 4 star hotels i've stayed in Thailand. The staff are all very friendly and easy to talk to. They were also very helpful and even let us leave our bags with them overnight as we had a trip elsewhere for the day. The rooms are spacious and the aircon worked very well for us, the bathroom is actually quite high end compared to some 4 star hotels and the tv comes with Netflix aswell which is quite rare. Theres a swimming pool and gym and its located in the middle of everything in Chiang Mai so getting around wasn't an issue. Breakfast was also amazing with many options and they even make fried eggs or omeletts if you wish. The only downside was the school across which had some music every now and again in the morning but nothing annoying enough to the point you can't sleep. This place is really a steal for this price and I really recommend you try this place even for one night.

Great location right in the center of the old city. Also liked the super fast Wi-Fi speeds, the breakfast (though nothing exceptional) was available for over 4hrs with great service, and the free rental bikes/filtered water/extra toiletries. Could be better? Would love if they accepted credit card (especially at their cafe), the gym should at least have some weights/mats, and the rooms do feel slightly antiquated from a tech standpoint. Still, a great deal and nice 3 star hotel in a central location. Oh and was very clean.
