Found the Josh on a list of Wes Anderson themed hotels and it did not disappoint. The Ari neighborhood is super hipster and artsy, great for walking around. The included breakfast did not disappoint with great coffee and a nice selection to choose from. We stayed in 3 different rooms while there including the nicest "Josh room". The other two rooms were small but we didn't spend much time in our rooms so that didn't matter. The Josh room did have a slight mildew smell, but otherwise all three rooms were very clean. We never got used to the Thai style extremely firm beds but I guess that's just the norm. Wouldn't mind if there was a mattress topper add on option for us wimpy,plush bed needing westerners though. I would have happily paid extra for a mattress topper if I knew the beds were so stiff. Overall, would definitely recommend!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in during my travels. The staff are lovely and friendly, the whole place is super clean, beds are comfy, food was amazing and the bar and swimming pool were good too! I can’t fault it. Great location in a nice area and walking distance to anything you need.

Hotel design, interior and colours are quite cute. But not with the lightings. The hotel corridor and room lights are so dim. Especially at night when you walk to ur room at the corridor, it’s quite creepy. Location is not bad, there are nice foods surrounding also good place for spa and massage nearby the hotel. Room was kinda horrible, the bed is those the super hard type(I personally not used to this kind of bed, having a hard time to adjust to it), Air Con wasn’t cool at all, Tv didn't work, Air Con was leaking and giving such a crazy noise the whole night. Was telling the reception to do something but seems there is no action to it. Its disappointing.

The hotel is really cute and unique, nice decor in the hotel and the rooms themselves. The vibe is what caught me by surprise. Many things were going on whilst I stayed. Dj playing, people chatting by the pool. Young group having a late dinner at the restaurant. It felt fun to be there. They did a great job of making a small room feel bigger. I didnt feel like it was too small. My only issue with the room was that the air conditioning was not positioned the right direction to keep the bed a good temperature. I struggled getting it right, felt a bit too hot sometimes. Also the towel hanger is placed too close to the shower so it's impossible to leave your towel there and not get it wet. Very minor issues that didn't really ruin my experience too much. Would come back again.
