Great location for easy access to Kansai airport if you are catching the Haruka train at JR station. Sharing the easy access to the hotel from the subway especially if you have bulky luggage without having to lug your luggage up the stairs from the recommended Exit 5. Look for lift near subway exit 7 which leads to the JR central exit. Take the lift up to the Pedestrian bridge and walk towards the right. Look out for a green sign beside Abeno CUES TOWN and look for the lift beside Resona bank. Take the lift down to level 1 ground level. Turn to the left and walk all the way straight till you reach the pedestrian crossing opposite Don Quijote. Cross the road and you will arrive at the lift lobby of the hotel!

Can’t fail this hotel. 1. Direct train from Kansai airport without transitioning 2. 5 mins walking from JR station 3. Friendly front desk, especially Mr Abe 👍. 4. Direct connect to 24hr Don qihote on 5th floor. 5. Ideal location for your first day and last day in Japan. Surrounded by 3 different range of shopping malls, zoo, rental car company. 6. Had a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and the hotel had plenty of amenities. The staff were polite and attentive. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to many places of interest. For attractions further way, there are rail/subway stations within walking distance too.

Pros: - 1 min walking to train station - Donki shop downstairs open until 1am. - Super friendly staff. Always with smile. - Comfy room, great view (I got the highest floor). - Sufficient amendities in the room - Affordable, great value. Cons: - The bedding and pillows are too hard. I recommend they choose softer ones. Overall, it's a very good hotel, a comfy place to stay.
