Not really a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was really good, decorations were nice, but worst ever pillows and mattress, verryy umcomfortable. Also, sincs hotel was filled with "Israelis" i fealt they were always racist towards Arabs. Additionaly, which is weird for a 5 star hotel, they didnt let me leave till someone checked me fridge. Additionaly, they dont enter my room to fix something unless i am there.. as i said, not really a 5 star hotel

Location,beds,bathrooms are perfect.The rooms were spacious and the view was also nice.I’d book this hotel again in the future. Only star I deducted was due to the sound isolation of the rooms.The walls infiltrate all the noise from everywhere.

Our Spa experience was awful , first day when we had a massage and paid money ,they gave us towels , the second and third day when we used only their sauna they refused to give us towels , and even two workers , the receptionist of the Spa ( her name is Nana with curly hair) made fun of us with the cleaning lady and was very very rude, and lied to us saying that they didnt have any towels . When we told them we will complain , two diffrent girls brought us towels and were begging us to take it. It was so unprofessional how they made fun of us , and treated us with disrespect.

JRW Welmond Hotel provided a pleasant experience during our stay. The rooms were quite spacious and beautifully designed. Additionally, the casino on the premises added to our enjoyment. The staff members were hospitable and helpful. The reasonable pricing was also a positive aspect, showing a balanced approach considering the services provided. However, the hotel's drawback was its distance from the city center, requiring extra effort to reach. The somewhat remote location might slightly impact your travel plans. In summary, the JRW Welmond Hotel's spacious and appealing rooms, enjoyable casino experience, and helpful staff were all contributing factors to a positive experience. If the distance from the city center isn't a concern for you, I recommend considering this hotel as an option.
