This was our second time staying in this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and stylish with great fittings. Nothing feels cheap or half-done. Last year there was a small issue with the bathroom flooding due to the shower design, but that has been fixed. There is a great variety at the breakfast buffet with consistently high-quality produce, and the made to order egg dishes are as good as any brunch cafe. The two pools and sauna are always well-maintained with plenty of staff around. Service at the outdoor pool is greatly improved this year (last year it was rather slow and the buzzers didn't always work). It is also quite evident that the quality of service in general and level of the staff's English have improved a lot since last summer. Management is doing an excellent job.

I decided to have a relaxation/spa day at Le Meridien Batumi and honestly, I am amazed by the experience I got there. I wanna thank masseuse Anna, alongside her professionalism, she was very kind, polite and friendly. And I also want to note that the receptionist, Tsira, was also amazing. She helped and guided me through everything. Will definitely visit again.

Been here 6 times now, coming here every time Im in batumi. Best hotel Ive ever been in Georgia, amazing breakfast, bed, rooms, service.

Everything was just fantastic. We just had a room without meals. The room was amazing. We took breakfast for one morning -very tasty and clean. I got a treatment in the salon- inga gave me an amazing pedicure! The shift manager was amazing! I also fixed my eyebrows there and got the best treatment ever. Thank you girls. One the second day, after the room clean we had to ask the cleaning person to come back because it wasnt very much clean and they didnt fill everything they had to, but they fixed it as soon as we asked for. The front dest team are amazing. Professional girls with just the right attitude - they were really helpful and kind. I teach service so i had high expectations. The indoor pool os great! Im sorry for these comment, but the spa front desk should be a bit more aware of their facial expressions and treatment for guests. Overall all, amazing experience. If everyone well be authentic with there service, we will continue to come.
