Excellent service, the staff are fantastic, take great care of you despite my terrible grasp of the Chinese language. Rooms comfortable, spa, pool, gym facilities etc all brilliant and very clean. There was lots of staff always cleaning and replenishing towels, bottled water etc. 5 mins walk from Dawanglu metro station. Just get a travel card pre loaded with 100rmb rather than buying a new ticket every time. There’s a few comments about the hotel being dated and I can understand where they might be coming from. Some areas are a little rough around the edges” but I think this is more construction workmanship thing rather than the hotel being old. This doesn’t take away from the experience and is hardly noticeable unless you’re a building inspector in your free time…

Stayed here for 5 nights. It was an OK experience for me. Nothing outstanding or terribly bad. Most photos posted here are accurate. I found the hotel is a bit outdated and needs a facelift. Value is good as it was during shoulder season. Give it an honest 4/5.

A bit out of town but it’s generally easily accessible via metro or Didi. Decided not to stay at Wangfujing and it is busier. Platinum Elite member. My suite night award upgrade was granted. The apartment comes with a washing machine but no washing powder. The concierge services at the lobby is amazing, they can sort everything out for you. Isaac was an amazing help to our bookings. In contrast, the Marriott Bonvoy App can’t do anything for you other than arrange housekeeping. Executive lounge food was lousy, alcohol selections also lousy. Even though it’s a smoke free hotel but one day someone was smoking cigar from the room until whole lounge stinks. Even my floor had cigarette smell. They did excellent clean up though. I guess they tried but could not control uneducated guests. Breakfast variety was great but nothing to shout about. Overall it was an ok stay- I prefer my stay in St Regis Beijing.
