Wish we could have stayed for longer! We stayed for one night at Kalisti and reception staff mentioned that they had a surprise for us. They had given us the amazing Cabana rooms which opened up directly to the pool and spa. The rooms were modern, and decked out with all the best amenities. The staff at Kalisti really looked after us, no matter what time of day. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Had a really wonderful stay in Kalisti Hotel. First class service, rooms were clean and nice. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was always something to look forward to, every morning. Location was very central and convenient to walk about. Brilliant experience and will come back again!

Wow! Just spent our wedding week here and can honestly say what exceptional service we have received! From start to finish the team here made our stay magical, from being welcoming, sharing recommendations, to remembering what coffee we drank at breakfast in the morning to helping me get into the car in my wedding dress! I have never received such great customer service as what I have done here. I wish we could have stayed longer and will 100% be returning in the future. Thank you to all the team - it has been a pleasure!

The Kalisti Hotel and Suites is conveniently located in Fira, with quick and easy access to shopping, restaurants and pubs. The hotel staff members (particularly Abid and George) were very service-oriented and always ready to help with directions, recommendations for dining and touring, and to address any minor problems that might arise. My wife and I stayed in one of the pool-side suites, and we were very pleased with the size of the room and the amenities -- specifically the huge walk-in shower and two sinks in the bathroom.
