Kata White Villas is located directly opposite beautiful Kata Beach. There are small villas suitable for couples or for 1 person. Lovely sea view if you get a villa in the height. Be prepared to climb stairs.

Lovely cozy layout and furnishing but lacking maintenance and a bit rundown. Bed linen had discoloration and stains. Stayed at the highest villa and had an amazing view of the sea. Service could use some improvement. Card payments subject to surcharge. Close to the beach, no 7-11 nearby. Good restaurant options later in the day but finding breakfast was a bit tough

I'm a real customer here, not a bought reviewer. Please, make sure you take the best decision for you, your family members, and also your sense of ethics. Thank you for reading this review. Those 9 days I booked at the Kata White Villas are parts of my only 2 weeks off since the last 10 months. I needed a relaxing experience close to a quiet beach. So the room I got had a terrible noise from the AC, like noisy vibrations on the top of the bed. Impossible to sleep more than two hours the first night after turning off the AC at 3am. But the warm weather and the humidity was intense. At 5am it was impossible to fall asleep again. Lost my day at the beach, impossible to do something else. I shared this problem with the lady at the front desk, she did everything she can in her power, but the Russian owners was away. So impossible to get the problem fix for the same day. The lady offers me another room for the 3rd night, 5 stars service for her. The second night, I bought some vodka drinks close to the KWV to make sure I'll "sleep" more than 2 hours :D Yep, I fall asleep but for maybe 3 or 4 hours after the vodka effect. I wasn't feeling good, so I've decided to move away, and recover a little elsewhere to enjoy the 7 other days. I'll probably lost my money since a fall in that trap, and I'm 10000km from home with a limited time to argue. This is how some kind of people work you know, that's very frustrating. Also, if you're planning to book at Kata White Villas, keep in mind that the breakfast is twice the price compares to the restaurants around ; plus you are 45 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by taxi to Pa Tong or any other places you planned to go ; 60 minutes from the airport. If you are lest than 70yo there's nothing to do around except for the beach. Taxi to go shopping at Pa Tong is 500 bath to go, and 500 bath to comeback (fixed prices), which is 40 USD. Taxi from the airport is 800 to 1000 bath, also 40 USD. Again, make sure you take the best decision for you, your family members, and also your sense of ethics.

Its good! I got the top villa, so i have to walk up all the stairs, but I guess I could use the excersise 😅 The villa it self is divided in two apartments and has a great view out over the sea. I guess the lower ones can not see over the buildings beneath though. So if view is important try to book the top ones. The apartments are roomy and nice and clean. Good quality in general. And quiet. Even though it is pretty central. The area sound the hotel is great. Short way to beach and shops and even doctor if you need. Highly recommend. Oh but no breakfast here, so I just went down the hill and eat breakfast at one of the many many restaurants nearby.

Excellent stay! I asked for a recommendation from an acquaintance who spends a lot of time in Phuket and she said Kata White Villas is her top choice. I see why! Kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, soft sheets and a great location. Two minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby and great yoga in the same space (Kata Hot Yoga). The staff helped us rent motorbikes and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. My favorite spots nearby were Cannelle Coffee and Kata Hot Yoga.
