This is the second time I have stayed here. It is easily the friendliest and one of the most centrally located accommodation houses in town. Newly renovated throughout with modern bathrooms and brand new comfortable beds. I don't believe you will get better value for money anywhere in Chiang Mai. I have no hesitation in recommending this guesthouse particularly if you are a budget conscious traveller.

I'm not one to generously give out 5 stars but this place truly deserves it. This guesthouse is on a quiet lane about a 5 minutes walk from Thapee gate and some brilliant temples and shops. You walk into a cozy lobby area and you're greeted by a friendly manager. The rooms are spacious and clean. I looked at the "small" room which was actually a decent size compared to other hotel and guesthouse rooms in the area but I opted for the bigger room for an extra 100 baht. King size hotel quality bed with 2 large windows... Yessss please! Had breakfast, banana pancake and fruit platter, both yummy. Highly recommend staying here. Great value and a fantastic location.

The place is very well situated. The staff, even their English is not the best they were really nice and lovely. The room was cleaned and fresh towels provided dayly. Twin room were too small. No fridge in them, nor a safety deposit box, nor a TV. Only one key per room provided, imagin the inconvenience if it is two of you going both different ways!?!? So, you had to wake up your friend to come downstairs to open the main door... Don't expect too much. The place was very clean and a good breakfast served everyday from 7:30am till 10:30 am. We stayed because the kindness of the staff.
