I had an amazing experience at Kayatas! The hotel and rooms are really beautiful and cozy. Very well located and such nice and helpful staff! Special thanks to Sam who made our stay even easier! Probably the best receptionist that we’ve met in Turkey!

· - dirty place: the cabinet beside the tap in toilet and other places had dust. Jacuzzi was dirty as well - the electricity would go off in the room several times a day. We had to go to the reception often to ask to turn it back again - jacuzzi was not working. They said they would fix for the second. They did not fix it. We paid much more to have a Jacuzzi room and we could not use it at all - no places to hang the towels or clothes, you have to keep it all in the suitcases or on a chair - room is not as in the pictures nor the hotel, not as posh or well taken care of - there was an open pipe leaking dirty water from the top in the toilet - no room service, not even extra shampoo or soap The good points (not worth the price though): The staff, trying to solve many issues that there is with the place The location The breakfast The terrace view

The place is beautiful and the rooms are really comfy. They also have there nice caves. The reception is top and professional. Shout out to him. The breakfast was delicious and the treatment was as expected. 100%recommended. ✅✅✅

Very nice place in Cappadocia! The staff was super friendly and helpful, location was great, with nice views from the terrace and close to the viewing point. The breakfast was tasty (best watermelon ever) and we were looked after well. The room was good but airflow was not very great (probs due to the cave style room) and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Unless you arrive very late there should be parking close to the hotel. All in all would recommend:)
