I found the hotel staff very approachable and helpful. There was a complimentary cocktail both evenings I stayed there, early in the evening, which is a nice touch. The lobby is stylish and well laid-out. Our room was reasonably good, not exactly spacious or luxurious in any sense, but it was clean and comfortable. It’s in a nice area, close to Westwood/UCLA. One thing I found disappointing is that the Google maps synopsis states that there is a spa on site, including a sauna. Well, there isn’t. Even their own website says “spa” but no spa is to be found, just a pool. The pool was fine but it’s really too small to swim laps or anything. As we got a good rate I really can’t complain much.

Had a great, comfortable time at the hotel! Room was pretty spacious, and the staff were absolutely lovely. Fruit-infused water in the lobby was my go-to. They have an open line of communication via text throughout my stay that made it so easy to make requests, and they accommodated everything I asked for.

I really do love this beautiful hotel. Great service, location, love the fruit infused water, complimentary coffee, and tea (option to request this to your room!). Social hour is nice as well. Plenty of electric car charging spots. The dimmable lighting throughout room is fantastic. I didn’t give it a 5 star because the shower does not match the nice esthetic of the rooms/hotel and they don’t automatically send you the bill when checking out. You have to email them to send it to you. Other than that, such a great botique hotel and would come back.

as a Platinum Elite Member, I will not live here again for a few reasons: 1. I spent more money on a better room but they put me in a cheaper room and told me was upgraded (they eventually fixed and refunded) 2. I have to be honest.. this hotel is really old. I meant really old... this is just somewhat better than a motel. Not kidding 3. Charged me amenity $30/night but didn't explain me how to use it so basically I just paid without using it. 4. Parking: when I asked if i can park on street (yes i can), they seem to look unhappy, when i say i decide to park in your hotel, i see they smile right away. 5. Miscalculated my parking fee, took 10 mins at checkout to fix it. I have my primary issue was with the front desk guy at my date of check-in around 11pm (the 7/21). He sounded nice but I felt disrespected actually - downgrade room and lie to me it's actually upgrade, also making me feel the platinum membership is useless at this hotel.. the rest of staff are really great. professional and ACTUALLY nice.
