This hotel truly impresses with excellent service and dedicated care from the staff. From check-in to enjoying the amenities, every experience is delightful. Very good hotel at the top viewpoint of Phnom Penh which you can see the sky view at everywhere when you stay at lounge, lobby, room, conference room, swimming pool, that is the great value and worth yo pay and stay here. The food is good both international and local cuisine to taste deliciously, I just want to advice to have certified halal chicken, duck, and beef from certified halal supplier for some food restriction which is very important to Muslim travelers in ASEAN and Arabian countries as well as global standards on food preferences. The room is super beautiful to see the view of the city as bird’s eye views.

The location is not the most convenient but this is a nice hotel. I liked the modern and well decorated rooms and the breakfast is vastly superior to any Fairfield inn in America. The chef in person talked me into trying some Khmer traditional noodles and despite I am not into Asian food it was very good. The staff is well trained and responsive to your needs.

The overall location and view of this new hotel was great! However would have had better expectations of a new hotel - despite the hotel staff being courteous and welcome, I was disappointed in having poor room cleaning service standards. Things that was discovered upon returning to the room: 1) towel and sheets were just left sitting on my suitcase 2) the pillows were not orderly as arrival 3) the tea bags were not replenished and in a mess 4) plastic laundry bag was left randomly tossed 5) the safe deposit box was opened for some reason and left opened (this is particularly disturbing) 6) there was a extra toilet roll left half haphazardly but then discovered there was “extra” TP just stuffed inside the roll. Overall it left an uncomfortable feeling. I’m not sure if the cleaning staff is outsourced but I do hope there is improvement for future guests. Apparently it was a restaurant manager that came to check the situation and help ensure that it wouldn’t happen again. They really didn’t offer much solution except to offer a discount at breakfast for 1 guest and made sure it didn’t happen again. Overall a lackluster fix to an unpleasant experience.
