The Hotel itself is in very good condition, we loved the beds! The staff is very friendly and helpful it was a very nice stay. Something even more pleasant was the live music at the lovely rooftop! He is really talented, we enjoyed every minute while he was playing and singing! Higly recommended Hotel!

This place is nothing like what you see in the pictures.The rooms smelled like wet/damp.The breakfast buffet had 4 items so we left as soon as we arrived and m Went to another hotel.The manager was helpful but he kept calling his boss who didn't want to give us a refund instead he wanted us to stay at another hotel within the same brand.I was actually shocked at how this hotel is open because when we got there the lift was not working and the staff expected us to walk up 5 stories to our room.We had 6 suitcases and A pram and this was absolutely frustrating.The Manager also tried to get us to pay more for when he offered to move us to another hotel but I refused to pay more as it was their fault.There is also no parking for shuttles to stop/drop you off and its a huge inconvenience.

located in very good place convenient for all your needs, the hotel have nice rooftop privet pool open 24 hours,the rooms clean and comfortable, the customers service is in the highest level, the crews so friendly and warmly welcome you for pleasant hostess experience. 👍

My wife, 1yr & 4yr old daughters and I stayed at the KK boutique hotel for 15 nights in February 2023. Firstly, the staff are brilliant, very attentive, approachable and will do anything to assist you. Rooms are in good decorative order and very clean (cleaners in to your room daily). Roof top swimming pool is great and the sun loungers and furniture were all brand new. Pool towels are provided free of charge. Breakfast was a selection of cereal, eggs (however you like them), bread and pastries, fruit and some Thai food (different dishes daily). We thought the breakfast was great value and our daughters ate every morning. The hotel is in a great location, between Karon (5 mins walk) and Kata (10 min walk) beaches with lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. We booked direct with the hotel which was the cheapest price and it was really quick and easy to do so.
