We fell in love with Klaus K hotel! The personnel was so kind and welcoming. We arrived 3 hours earlier than the check in time, and we were checked in to the available room with out extra charge. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We slept well! It was warm also. The highlight of the hotel is the continental breakfast which is included in the hotel fee. We were blown away by the variety of food! You can eat an omelet, boiled eggs, hot serial, cold serial, different berry smoothies, home made berry jams, amazing wild salmon, different cheeses and absolutely tasty bread of different kinds. You are in a walking distance to the main promenade, shopping streets, restaurants and main train station with easy access to the airport. We will be defiantly back!

I only had a one night visit a couple of years ago. But what I can recall is that the hotel felt high quality regarding the price per night. The rooms where really quiet even though right outside the window the trams where going back and forth. The hotel had a really nice bar and an italian restaurant right next to it that was surpisingly good.

Great location, very central. The breakfast was great. Whoever designed the bathrooms mustve had a few drinks. The space between the toilet and the sink is so tight i literally bumped my head on the sink when I sat down. Also the armature is so close to the corner of the sink that you can barely wash your hands.

Usually Reviews are about the business (hotel, restaurant, etc.).I prefer to write about the personnel. We checked in August 26 in the evening after a long trip from Los Angeles via Munich. And we had no luggage because our airline had some problems with loading, due to computer glitz and severe thunder storm in our transit airport. The Reception was so nice. Very welcoming, as it is their training to do. But they went beyond. Joanna went to our room with charger for our IPhone and my Android (they were in our checked in luggage). The one for Android did not work, so she went down to look for another. And came up again with the right one. It was very slow though because it is really not the appropriate upgrade. But it did allow me to access the documents I needed in my email. The evening staff, Ana, Joanna and the gentleman Simo' are the best. Also the English guy in night duty whenvwe left early morning stayed with us to make sure we were safe with the taxi driver. And he checked he charged us the right fare to the airport. We truly appreciate their support. Thank you Alex and Espy
