The management has gone really negative since the past 3-4 years. Cleanliness has been well maintained by housekeeping staff. Parking has gone nightmare with maintenance workshop. The parking is really scattered, littered, messy, all over the places. Staffs have been using parking for leisure, dining, drinking, laundering. This has been raised up to the manager 3 times and it’s only improved just for a brief period then it’s gone messy all over again. I think staffs there targeted me because I always commented on this and my car tired punctured 5 time in less than 2 weeks!!!!! No one care about what happens in the back!!! It’s like if you’re unhappy, go elsewhere this is how they manage this place!

The photo in their website and the sample room look good but the room in reality is just moderately ok (different from the photo). The drain pipe in the toilet is freaking smelly at night. Some staff are quite rude and not so helpful. The air-con doesn't work properly; noisy and warm and they charge for a service fee if we ask to fix. The security system is also unacceptable; i saw the homeless guy who was sleeping outside in front of the apartment for a week was walking drunk inside the apartment building. The location is further away from the bts; not within walking distance. Poor!!

Great. Handy location. Price can't be beat. High security. Responsive staff. I have stayed there for more than a year (3 months at a time). Motorcycle taxi stand across the street is very handy. Lots of Songthaews and taxis also. My friend is moving to Thailand and he, on my recommendation, is going to stay at Krongthong Mansion for three months waiting for another apartment to become available that is closer to his work. A massage shop two doors down, drugstore 5 doors down, and a 24 hour market a hundred meters away. At 6 p.m. many food stalls open up three hundred meters away. Cheap and good!
