This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Standing in the cold all night because the door doesn't work, no bottle of water, no soap, the heating doesn't work and the TV doesn't work either. Nobody could help us and we were told that we would have to wait until 7 a.m. until the reception was occupied. Booked a double bed and got 2 single beds. I would have liked to give no star at all, but unfortunately that's not possible. I want my money back.

Unfortunately there were several problems when checking in, when entering the hotel there was a very unpleasant smell and the elevator was broken!! The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is nice and big, but unfortunately there is also a very unpleasant smell here. Unfortunately, parking is also very difficult and time-consuming
