I was looking for a calm place that far away from busy areas and it was a good choice. The hospitality was in a high level. The staff was very attentive all the time. They have complimentary laundry The room was big and clean. The bed is super comfy. Cleaning is everyday. Facilities were working very well too. Probably it’s not suitable for the ppl that don’t drive as a bit far from the main street.

Very good hotel with private extra lrg double room, exit to pool shared by 5 villas. Kitchen, great shower, good breakfast (other than cofee...) , 10 min. By tuk-tuk - hotel provies - To great beaches, food, bars. Lisette, front manager is the best I encountered! Out of the compound, wonderfull massage parlor. All and all, The place to stay in south Phuket for a very reasonable budget.

Very comfortable and spaces rooms, very clean. Wonderful perfect service (by charming Lisett.) . not in the center, takes a ride (easy to get) to get everywhere . Good velue for money.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lady Naya villas and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The hotel was great and the staff were exceptional, particularly Lisette who served as the receptionist during my stay. I was originally supposed to stay at Inspire hotel, but unfortunately, my reservation was cancelled without notice. In a state of panic, I quickly searched for alternative accommodations and that's when I stumbled upon Lady Naya villas. Not only was I able to secure a room on short notice, but the warm welcome I received from Lisette and the rest of the staff made me feel instantly at home. Throughout my stay, Lisette went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the surrounding area and provided excellent recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request truly set her apart as the greatest receptionist I have ever encountered. Overall, I highly recommend Lady Naya villas to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming retreat. The hotel's amenities and services are top-notch, and the staff's hospitality is unmatched. Thank you for making my stay such a memorable one.
