Quite surprise with this beautiful 4 bedroom suite. Actually, i booked a 3 bedroom and they gave us 4. The Lord our God is a Good Provider! We had a great time making sweet, happy and bonding memories with our families. I highly recommended this resort/hotel. Very clean, very safe and great service with a smile and courtesy! Will be back again!

You can't beat the price per square foot for a hotel near the parks, and for that reason we've stayed here multiple times now. This time we stayed in a suite with four rooms for 6 adults and three kids. It was spacious but had a C-tier, Motel 6 feel with multiple door cards that promptly stopped working after one day, cheap stained couches, broken balcony doors, cracked sink, old stained sheets, and struggling AC unit. Not to mention half of the games broken in the arcade downstairs. One of the suite owners we met in the hallway said the HOA wouldn't let them upgrade the couch in their unit when they wanted to. Not sure we'll stay here again unless there's a change of management and refreshing of the rooms.

This was so great! With 6 people coming off a 16 day cruise, staying here felt like coming home. We booked the 3 bed 2 bath and it was lovely to spread out, do our mounds of laundry and cook for ourselves in the well appointed kitchen. The staff are so friendly and helpful offering extra coffee and anything that we needed. Paula V is my new best friend as she was so nice and helpful for everything. I want to come back soon and stay for a full week! Walmart is a super quick drive on the same road for groceries and outlet mall is across the parking lot. All and all a perfect stay!

This was one of the worst “resorts” I’ve stayed at. The front desk staff was rude and unfriendly during every interaction. Anytime a simple question was asked or when we needed a new key because ours deactivated, they came off very inconvenienced. When asking to store our luggage, we were taken to a locked storage room with other guests luggage. They have no sort of tracking or ticketing system for storing luggage at this facility. So if someone wanted to, they could take your bags as no staff is in charge of oversight. The room visually was pleasant, however, there were many many issues otherwise. Several bleach spots were found on the carpet throughout the room. The water in the shower stopped flowing several times as we were taking showers. The towel rack fell off the wall twice. The toilet kept having issues in the middle of the night and when calls were made to the front desk, they went unanswered. Luckily we were able to fix these issues ourselves, but for the amount paid… this is highly disappointing. There is also a $10 charge for new towels daily. This is about 15 minutes from the parks so a decent location. The “free” shuttle is actually $17/person, or at least that’s what we were quoted when trying to reserve our space online using links from the website.
