Update on May 13th 2022 This apartment has been reopened after few months of renovation. The Ground floor has been converted to a car accessories shop and offices. Not much has been changed on the first floor and up. Do expected many staffs moving products on the ground floor and boxes blocking the ground floor hall way. The sport field is forever noisy sometime until midnight. The room with balcony is spacious and provides more privacy and airy and no blocking since the front is soccer field. The service apartment provide share washing machines on the rooftop and you can dry your clothes in the shared sheltered area. The room has fridge but limited utensil and cookware is provided. The location is OK. Very near to the flower market. 1km from Co-op mart. About 4oom from Now Zone. Fast food restaurants includes Popeye chicken and Texas Friend Chicken ___________________________________ Update on 29th May 2021 Unfortunately 31th May will mark the end of Lam Son Apartment. All tenants were given two weeks notice to leave the place. Even those like me who have a contract beyond end of May will also be kicked out. According to what we know, the building owner wants the building back. ________________________________ Lam Son Apartment overall was good and it provides some good amenities like washing machines and clothes drying place, etc. When I first move here, I thought it will be a quiet place since it was located in a small lane. Well, the noise from the soccer field and basketball court was noisy. Especially when it allows playing soccer until after midnight, sometime until 2am. Another issue is ants. It crawl in the the bed at night.. I ended up using ant killer to wipe out the colony. The rental is quite reasonable.

The room is spacious, clean, affordable, the manager is enthusiastic, overnight parking is charged 100k even though you rent a room there, complete with bowls, bowls, plates, stove... Just come in and stay. and just enjoy it
