PROS : Great location, good service. The only downside of this hotel is its popularity. The room was cute and cozy. Nice rooftop. Easy service with Yamato transport, very efficient. CONS : The coffee area was always packed with people lining up and families with kids. We wanted to get a coffee, but we changed our mind seeing how crowded it was. The elevator was also always packed with people. Since the reception of the hotel is on the second floor, there should be an elevator only for that. Our shower drain was blocked when we got there the first day.

This hotel is incredibly comfortable. We booked a room with two beds, and my friend and I each had a 32-inch and a 28-inch suitcase. While it was a bit challenging to fully open both suitcases in this space, it didn't compromise the comfort during our stay. The facilities here are comprehensive, the soundproofing is excellent, and the location is extremely convenient – just a 5-minute walk to both the subway and JR stations. There are plenty of dining options nearby as well. The staff is very friendly and can communicate in English, Chinese, and Japanese! I highly recommend this place🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Guys! This is the best affordable hotel I stayed in Tokyo! The location is good, because it is near to train station and several convenient store and restaurants around. The room is very nice, with a cute little clean toilet. I love to soak in the bathtub every night. As a girl like my self I love to curl my hair, u can borrow the curler with the receptionist. I love their service so much, they are so helpful

We stayed here for one night between stays and I would definitely recommend it. I think it's great for 1-2night stay or solo traveling. The room isn't huge but you have what you need and there's enough space to open up two carryons. The bed was really comfortable and the AC worked well. The front desk is super responsive and helpful. They had no problem storing our luggage and also helping us ship it to our next stay in Osaka. Great stay!

I highly recommend this hotel for any solo traveller. The compact room was perfect for 1 person with up to 2 medium luggage. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Various drinks are available at the vending machine. I was able to do laundry which only took 1.5 hours total washing and drying. Detergent was available for purchase at the reception. I enjoyed having my coffee or tea lattes at their cafe every morning before heading out. Uguisudani station and Iriya station were both very accessible. I would love to stay here again next time.
