We celebrated new year’s eve at Lanson Place Mall of Asia. ALL THE STAFF are so welcoming, helpful and polite. We give it 100/10. Great job! Great place to celebrate this season with family. Luckily, their infinity pool is already open and their kid zone made the kids enjoyed their stay. Although we ended up watching the fireworks outside the hotel as we were not advised ahead that there will be a reservation to watch the fireworks show in their restaurant veranda but that was fine as we still enjoy our new year celebration. Surely we will stay here again. Thank you Lanson Place for making our stay a memorable one. Cheers!

The hotel is quite new. My family and I stayed here for a night. We got the superior room. It was given to us as a wedding gift. We enjoyed our stay here. They were able to provide a baby crib upon request. The check in and check out were smooth and efficient. I think Sheena was one of the front desk staff who attended to us. All the staff were friendly and courteous including the guards and concierge. The front desk made sure everything was okay with us as they would call in to check. We didn’t get to see the pool as it was still under construction. I was able to use the gym and it’s spacious and clean. The location is good. It’s very near Mall of Asia, just a walking distance. I think one thing they can improve on is the buffet breakfast. It would be nice to have more variety. Overall, a pleasant experience for us.

I'm not joking with the five stars, first time being there rooms are great, clean and nice as always, there are even a rooms connected to each other seperated only by a door so you won't need to leave your room then knock/doorbell on the next one to see you friends/family. Services are nice, there is a security that rounds the hall in every floor, so no one can do those doorbell pranks there. During breakfast they do ask if you want some refill on your drinks or offer some new/different type of food, every staff are friendly and would help you on your needs. Location was great even on New years eve, it was almost close to that stage, it is even a close walk to MOA, you can even have a view of the bay. So all in all 5 stars from my experience.

Lovely and friendly staff. Location is good as it is within walking distance to SMX Convention Centre and MOA. Lots of food choices. View from the gym is superb and kudos to Jason, the PT, who assisted me with my stretching exercises during my stay. My room had slight drainage issue in the shower but was attended to right away when I raised it up. Can’t wait for all the facilities to be open next year.
