If you’re looking for a value-wise and pleasant experience. I would recommend this place. Giving you the Filipino experience and friendly staffs. Close to everything, conveniently located. To note: I wish they have hand and face towels, available and also a coffee maker and a blower would be wonderful. The room I stayed in, I wasn’t able to adjust the AC and the toilet keeps running after flushing so, I have to patiently fix it. Overall, it was good.

Great hotel for the price. Make sure to ask for a room that has a view, since our first room had a view directly into a wall. There is 24/7 front desk, and everyone was quite friendly. The only strange thing was that the room service had a different menu from the downstairs restaurant. We also liked that the hotel is located near the airport which made it easy to get to the airport on time, since the traffic in Manila can make a few km trip into a 2 hours journey.

Enjoyed our stay at Kabayan Hotel. Rooms were of decent size and clean. Price per room is reasonable. Had nice clean sheets bedding and good pillows. Room was well lit and cozy. Frequently used amenities were well stocked in each room. Request for Room cleaning daily was obliged and complementary bottles of mineral water were most appreciated. Staff are friendly and efficient. Overall satisfied with our stay here and highly recommended. Will book again when we are next back in Manila.

The location and the services is probably the only good thing about this place. Its close to the airport so it’s convenient. I bet there are other hotels thats worth your money. The lobby looks amazing and the photos online of the room are great, don’t get fooled. We checked in and the room looks old and dark. Washroom needs a more attention, actually the whole room needs more attention. Definitely not gonna be back!

An affordable hotel with great service and well maintained rooms. The security guard on duty was very helpful carrying my heavy luggage. Check-in is easy and efficient. The single room assigned to me is clean and tidy. The free wifi internet is fast. This is highly recommended if you are on a tight budget but want to experience a bit of a premium hotel experience.
