Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late after a long flight and went almost straight to bed. The next morning we found there were still hairs in the shower from the previous guests! The breakfast was great (one of the best we had in Jordan), but due to construction was served in a very bland hall.

Our family rested in this wonderful department. Clean, comfortable, beautiful. Heartfelt and responsive staff. Thanks to the kitchen workers for the delicious food, for the service. It was always a pleasure to come to the restaurant. Thank you all for the warm welcome!

I was very happy at this 3 Star hotel. Very friendly staff all around. Hotel is on good shape and they have 24 hour room service. The restaurant is open until 2 am. Breakfast was included in my USD 55 a night rate. This hotel is all I need. I love that they pay attention to detail and make you feel welcome and good. Breakfast was healthy and plenty. They even bake their own bread for each table for breakfast. A very tasty touch. Just about all the national soccer teams from surrounding countries stay here and the place even won BEST 3 STAR HOTEL IN JORDAN a few years ago. This is not a 5 star place but it is a good value for a 3 star hotel. I will stay here again! The hotel is not new, not flashy, the indoor dining area is a bit bland, the outdoor could use a bit more love. But I liked the attitude of the staff the most as well as the details you sometimes only find at 5 star places. Overall a solid product if you want: Clean, friendly, safe, solid. and affordable.
