Rooms well below par, requested to be moved, given a 2 bed room to house 3 people. Poor room facilities. That said, other rooms on other side of building had a nice view and were far better than both rooms we were given. Only water provided with meals, all other drinks come at extra cost. Didn't like the fact that the surrounding area's of hotel are filthy streets, shops all round, night clubs, pubs. Too much noise as back of hotel sits opposite these pubs and clubs, hotel staff speak little English, except reception staff. Cleanliness lacks.

Must recommend this beautiful hotel to those looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Amman. It's charming, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff are all amazing and very helpful, especially Abu Nimer with the extra care he never failed to provide, Chef Hamza with the delicious breakfast, Shadi with his Falafel and Lina at reception. Sorry, I can't remember all the names but everyone was very professional. Can't thank everyone enough for the care provided, we will definitely return to this hotel again.

AirCon wasn’t working, in the room it was 29 degree. The staff didn’t care and did not provide a solution. Rooms are old but at least clean. I wouldn’t recommend it to be honest
