I recently stayed in a suite at this hotel, and I must say my experience left me a bit disappointed. The service was notably slow, and the breakfast options were quite limited, falling short of the hotel's usual standard. I had expected some special amenities or services, considering I was staying in a suite, but unfortunately, there were no robes provided, and even a simple coffee service was missing. Overall, while the room was comfortable, the lack of attention to detail and the slower service made this stay less enjoyable than I had hoped for.

I stayed in last week, the room was so nice and clean well organized. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, the location is very nice close to the places that I needed to go to, what I loved the most is that the place is so clean and quiet really amazing for relaxing ☺️

Dirty and old furniture. Bed sheets and towels are clean though. Cheap price. Large rooms and bathroom.

First of all, Nordic Palace hotel in Bahrain stands out with its ideal central location in Al Seef district , allowing easy access to major tourist attractions and public facilities in the city. As for the reception service, it is exceptionally excellent and friendly. The staff members treat guests with politeness and professionalism, providing all the necessary information about the hotel and the surrounding area. The room design at Nordic Palace reflects elegance and luxury. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, including a flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel also offers diverse room options, including luxurious suites. Nordic Palace also features a variety of facilities, such as a sophisticated restaurant serving delicious cuisine. I would also like to mention the outstanding service provided by the restaurant staff and other facilities. They were cooperative and attentive to fulfilling guests' needs, providing a unique and exceptional experience. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience at Nordic Palace in Bahrain. It is a hotel that offers comfort, elegance, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking a comfortable stay in Bahrain.
