Probably one of my worst experiences at a hotel. We had a twin room booked, and midway through the first night, the AC stopped working (super hot summers). Next morning the shower barely released any water. We asked for a different room since they couldn’t fix the AC. They gave us a king bed, and refused to switch to twin beds since they stopped work for the day. And said “change it yourself if you want to”. After yet another uncomfortable second night, they still didn’t change the beds for the third night. No kettle in the room either for basics like hot water. The location is the only saving grace.

Absolutely gutted with the pathetic service from La Petit Real staff. First night our AC broke down, we asked the very next morning to get it repaired and it was not done inspite of repeated messages only to be told we are being shifted to another room which didn't have the twin bed setup we asked. Only good thing would be location and proximity to everything..and that's it.

excellent guest house, room large and comfortable. location excellent, service and check in very smooth. Wi Fi fast and reliable. only slight criticism was the water pressure in shower , not that powerful , but adequate.

The main reason that I selected this hotel is as it is very close to the Termini Railway station. Since we went to Rome first time with my wife, I had a lot queries and they responded all these queries on time. I kept our Bags in the hotel when we went to Florence. It was a great helped and owner agreed to these before we went to Rome. It is located in very convenient location and you can reach to most attraction from the hotel if you do not mind waking. WIFI was excellent and it was the best wifi that we had(we stayed 3 hotels during our stay). you can consume any number of tea and coffee from the coffee machine. there is toaster also. The hotel provided good English B'Fast every day. it is the same menu every day. we enjoyed B'Fast but if you are planning to stay more than 5 days, you need to think about this. if you go after 3:00PM, then you need to self checked in. please take the correct instruction how to do this self checked in .you need to ring the correct bell at the door in order to open the Door by the hotel staff when you go there first time. This is very common in most of the Rome Hotels. There is heating system in the Room and the Bath room but Room heating system did not work during our stay and w did not bother about it too.
