Wonderful, helpful staff - Ocean looked after us so well. We had a lovely dinner. Our room is spacious and has a fantastic view of the Mont. this is a fabulous place to stay!

The rooms are simple but nice. Beds are comfortable. We didn’t have an option to specify king when we booked (we used a 3rd party) so if you also book online call to confirm bed choice as we ended up with 2 twins. Service is outstanding everyone is going out of their way to accommodate. We didn’t have a reservation and Billy bent over backwards to get us a fantastic table, and even made my husband a drink that was not on the menu! Food was mediocre but our servers were amazing, suggestion wines and helping with menu choices and helping with dietary restrictions. Definitely here for the view and the experience.

Perfect location as this is the closest hotel to the Mont-Saint-Michel (across the bridge) Room is huge compared to Paris standards, view is perfect, Mont-Saint-Michel is right in front of you. Staffs are nice and welcoming, bus stop is only few min away. Restaurant tastes good. The most value of this hotel is the location. You can even go back to Mont-Saint-Michel after the dinner since the free bus runs until 10:00PM. Or, you could just watch how the sea level changes from your hotel room. Negative •The room is old, there is no ceiling light but just lamps. (Maybe this helps to see the night view but unfortunately they are not lighting up Mont-Saint-Michel like they used to do, so it’s just a little dark room for PC work or reading) • Restaurant window was spectacular but sadly dirty; could not see Mont-Saint-Michel from our table. •Staffs don’t speak perfect English (which wouldnt be a problem as long as you don’t have any irregular requests or questions) •Hotel is packed with Japanese group tourists; you should expect the only restaurant will be crowded with lots of big tables. •Breakfast starts at 8, which may a little late for people catching 10:00AM bus to return in the morning. •No shops or gym entertainment.

This is the best location when visiting! It is the closest hotel, the shuttle stop is right in front and they offer parking! The room was huge for the price and offers a great view. The breakfast was average, but still a great value. I would definitely recommend staying here (vs on the island) as it seems so much easier. We saw people struggling with luggage up the stairs to stay on the island and if going off peak season, only 2-3 restaurants are open.
