Currently staying here. The hotel is lovely, clean, tidy and nice to look at. There are plenty of sunbeds and the pools are well kept. The staff are very polite and helpful. However, this hotel is boring! The pool table is broken, we've been here 4 nights already and no entertainment, the music played is the same cd on repeat. The food is the same everyday and definitely doesn't cater for British and European people. There isn't really much to do in Tunisia and unfortunately nothing to do in the hotel so bring lots of books. The spa is great though.

We just came back from Hammamet. The stay in the hotel was really pleasant and the room was lovely . Rooms were cleaned every day and bed sheets were changed. There was a variety of food to satisfy every taste. The best thing about it, was the hospitality of the hotel staff. They were friendly and warm and always helpful. The entertainment team, especially Paulo always made sure we were included in an activity. The restaurant staff were also amazing. Raed always looked after our table so well and went well out of his way so that our drinks were waiting even before we arrived for our meals. A priceless experience altogether.

Rooms have everything you need. Views are lovely. Cosy vibe and excellent service with great attention and amazing follow ups. High organisational skills all around. Great live music night time at the bar. Location is walking distance to main Yasmine Hammamet.

Overall it was a nice experience. The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms with generously sized bathrooms, separate toilets and a balcony with a nice view. The AC worked properly. The room was equipped with a hairdryer, a big mirror, a safe, and a fridge. No bugs and mosquitoes)) The location was excellent. The hotel has a private beach which is large and very wide, a big pool and beautiful gardens all around. The staff at the hotel were mostly friendly and helpful. The food was decent, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. However, the menu seemed to be somewhat repetitive, with similar offerings each day. The restaurant staff worked hard to accommodate guests, which was appreciated. Special thanks to RAED, who was the best, quick and resposible. While our overall experience was positive, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve. The check-in process was quite lengthy, and we found ouselves waiting for a few hours until the rooms were ready. The pool bar was rather small compared to the size of the pool and the gardens, the beach bar was too far from the sunbeds and the shoreline as the beach was indeed rather wide. The sandy beach was well-maintained but I was upset to see the impact of careless visitors and the lack of effort to clean up the plastic items (cups, bottles and bags) whether they were left behind or brought back by the waves.
