A horrible 4 stars hotel. Even though we have an one bed room, we got a twin bed. The room was dirty, was underclean, the bedsheets were dirty and hairy, and the towels were also dirty - we got used towels. We talked to the manager, we asked for the room to be cleaned, arrived after a few hours, it smeeled like there were used some cleaning products, but after we checked, we saw that the new set of towels were also used by someone else. We talked to the manager, he offered us a cleaned room with a view. In that room, the furniture was dirty, a stained armchair and the bedsheets were torn. Extremely bad experience. Not recommend.

I Greatly reccomend to avoid this Hotel, Rooms: the rooms are dirty ,the frige had a inhuman odor, the air conditioning is veary noisy and extremly old, the TV not working , the Light switch where greasy,the bathroom had no towels glasses or soap,the sheets where fixed with band-aid , the lock had issues and keeped beeping with the card inside . Food service: Breakfast has only bread butter , glaasses where dirty as well as the cutlery. Dinner: The menu is veary lacking and suitable only for vegetarians that are with badly cooked food. Service: The so called manager is also the receptionist ready to lie and provide an excuse for each problem that you can provide. Overall just avoid this hotel.these 4 stars are placed for unknown reasons. (and I have not finished the complete list of issues that I have noticed)
