Spent 2 nights here at the beginning of December 2023. The location is fantastic, with a short walk to most major historical and tourist spots. I was glad to have spent extra for the breakfast. They prepare a delicious spread. The room was clean and quiet, and staff was helpful storing luggage when we arrived early and obtaining us a taxi to the airport.

I went with friends for a meal before a concert. I was not staying at the hotel. We ordered drinks and our meal We got the drinks but our food never arrived. We queried our order after 25 minutes to be told that my dish, marinated chicken would take another 20 minutes. A few minutes later my friends, who had ordered squid, were told there was only one portion available. We asked to speak to the manager. Long story short we never got our meal and got no satisfaction from speaking to the manager. I would recommend avoiding this hotel!

Only stay here if you don’t like shower pressure. Had Christmas dinner here and the food was bland at best and took over 2 and half hours to serve. When we finally got dessert one person was served and finished before anyone else even got their dessert. The manager sent the bartender to kick us out of the lobby while we were waiting for a room because we ate in the lobby (their bar and restaurant both were closed for food service). Manager couldn’t be bothered to tell us themself despite being in the same room. Essentially I would never choose any of their hotels due to the poor stay and rude manager.

This is the third Leonardo Hotel I have stayed in, after Munich and Budapest, and I can say with certainty that Leonardo doesn't fail. This hotel is located at an incredible location. Near from everywhere. Right opposite the hotel you will be greeted to incredible views of the church, and temple bar is walking distance along with most attractions. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Zero complaints. No hesitation. Just book this hotel.

If you don't plan on staying in your room very much and spend all of your time outside then the Leonardo Hotel is a great choice. It has an amazing location and is easy to walk to and is close to public transit. The rooms themselves are incredibly dated. It felt like I walked into a room from the 80s. The rooms have definitely been used. There are many scuff marks all over the walls and the bathrooms only look they have been semi cleaned. The room isn't dirty per se but it definitely doesn't make you immediately think: wow this place is so clean.
