Location I’d say a definitely 10/10. You can’t get much better than this hotel if you’re staying in Eindhoven. It’s close the the train station and the bus stops there is also tons of things to do around the hotel with a supermarket that’s quite close. The staff were also helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Not a bad stay and when I’m there again I think I’ll rebook this hotel.

Excellent location however the room could have used some improvement the bed was not very comfortable. Service was excellent except for one Sunday morning when I went to get breakfast. The lady working in the restaurant was not very nice when I asked for coffee and was more interested in having a discussion with some people that were unknown instead of helping. Aside from that negative experience on a Sunday morning the breakfast buffet and space is wonderful. Probably will stay here next year because it's a great combination of good price excellent location and good service. Beds in the double rooms however leave a lot to be desired so definitely upgrade your room to get better beds.

One star because we booked it 2 months before our trip and we accidentally booked a wrong date, we asked for the change of dates after 5 minutes and they did not approve. Then we had to book an extra day because of this unfriendliness. I would not recommend this hotel because they are money oriented not at all customer.

Very cozy room, but the cleaning service was very poor. Towels was left wet, one over my loofa, the bed wasn't made, to say the least. At least they respect the do not disturb sign, which I recommend to use until you checkout (actually, the "Oh no, thank you, I'm taking some me time" sign). Editing review: went back for another stay in the same trip, the new room's bathroom had a bad smell. The bed (two singles together with a mattress on top) was crooked.

Initially we had a good impression about the hotel. The location is great and the staff was nice. But everything disappeared after getting into the room. The bath tub was definitely not cleaned. There were hairs on it and the wall tiles were dirty. There was also some dust on the furniture were the coffee machine was located. And now the worst part: my girlfriend got cut by something sharp when she put her feet under the bed sheets. She started to bleed and panicking because we didn't know what could be there. We had a look and found a dirty sharp nail of a previous guest, and thought that was probably the cause, but we are still unsure as the staff didn't provide any help on this. With this we found out too that the mattress and the sheets had some serious yellow and dark stains. We asked for some new bed sheets that they provided but the hotel doesn't have even a simple first aid kit with something to disinfect the cut. You can imagine what an awful night we spent after this... Sleeping on that bed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The situation was poorly managed and you may think I'm exaggerating, but think what would happen if you start bleeding a lot because you got cut by something dirty... Never had any other situation like this.
