Convenient location for West End, Clyde Tunnel and A82 to coast and Loch Lomond. Check in friendly and efficient, my booking was all in order. Overnight parking just £5.00 in advance. Room is basic, but all clean and everything worked. Could do with more storage space for a longer stay and although there's a table and desk - no chair to sit at!? I didn't have breakfast, so cannot comment. Check out straightforward and they were happy to keep my luggage while I went to an early appointment. Have used Leonardo Inn before and will again

Easy check in, easily reachable from Hyndland Rail Station. It was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly. The rooms themselves are a bit tired in fairness. The mattress was lumpy and could have benefitted from an update. There were a few hairs in the bed and marks on towels... but again, for a Saturday night at £45 it was fair. The next day we waited at the lobby after check out and there was a sofa and a TV. A tip would be to use the 'toogoodtogo' app. We did it for a brunch. £3.99 at 11am. You helped yourself to leftover breakfast. Quite a bit cheaper than buying breakfast as part of the hotel bill. I'd come back again if I was in the area.

The rooms need updating. There was a wet damp smell in our room and the carpets needed a good vacuum. The mattress needed to be replaced! The food for breakfast was pretty good with fresh fruit. The staff at the front and restaurant were friendly. The manager in the restaurant was kind, friendly, and best of all so hilarious!

Leonardo review Hotel is quite run down and has a slight mould/mildew smell throughout. We were given two rooms side by side. The first room very strongly smelled of mould/dampness and there was a large water stain on ceiling. The room next door had no smell. When I asked to change rooms the receptionist was quick to give me another room but unfortunately the second room had a strong smell of sweat and old bedding, think charity shop smell. I asked for another room and again the receptionist was happy to give me another room. The third room had wallpaper torn off the walls, the ladder for the bunk bed was broken and the room was quite dusty but it did not have a smell so we settled for that room. The beds were clean and and very comfortable. The receptionist did not catch our eye or acknowledge us as we left and entered. The member of staff organising breakfast (George) was very friendly and attentive to everyone’s needs. Parking was free because we booked directly through the hotel which was a great bonus.
