Everything was prefect!! it’s a great hotel, well situated and with friendly and helpful staff, there was one gentleman who stood out who helped me a lot due to his great English. in addition, I requested a special surprise for my girlfriend and the hotel recommended balloons , petals , a delicious cake and a bottle of champagne…and it was beyond my expectations all for an amazing price! She loved it. The room was very nice and clean as well as the bathroom, the bed was comfy and spacious and the view from our window was amazing. The roof top had a stunning pool with a picturesque view, transport to the gothic quarter and beach was very easily accessible and there were lots of local shops and café’s which meant we didn’t have to travel too far, will we definitely be back and would highly recommended to others

Fresh off our exciting cruise adventure, the exceptional front office team of Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Fira awaited us in Barcelona with an unexpected gift and hearty welcome for our wedding anniversary! The stylish hotel room was cozy and immaculately clean adding to our unforgettable experience. Definitely returning here on our next vacation! Special mention to Mark, Adelina and Javier, they were definitely helpful!

Everything was amazing, but the room service lacked few small things such as replacing the cups and glasses the next day, new towels (maybe they dont do that cause we only stayed for 2 nights), no products in the bathroom (apart from soap and shower gel). But apart from that everything is amazing. We will return here for sure 🤘

Had my phone stolen two weeks ago in Barcelona, and have tracked this since. Was at a residential property until two nights ago where it was taken to this hotel. Had suspicions it was a member of staff and emailed the hotel politely asking them if they can just ask their staff in case they have the phone and are unsure who to contact to return it to me. Hotel refusing to ask staff, bit suspicious as they could easily just ask and let me know and was also quite rude. Meant to be a renowned hotel and if this was in the UK they would be going above and beyond to help especially as I have stayed with them before. No
