Stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending a conference in Rome. We were booked into a room in a annexe building, the friendly receptionist walked with me and showed me into the building. Room was a great size and in a good location for the conference, but also very easy to get a bus into the centre of Rome. The main light in the bathroom didn't work, and the pillows were so flat so I had to put a jumper underneath to be more comfortable but I would stay here again.

It is located in a cosy old building. We had some trouble getting inside since the building is locked and couldn't connect to the reception while waiting outside. The reception girl was helpful. They had rooms on the 4th Floor and the reception was on the 1st floor. There is no call service from the room. We stayed for 3 nights and the coffee things were not provided every day. Rooms are clean and they clean it every day as well. Overall an ok stay but not exceptional. Access to the city center or main attraction is about 30-40 minutes walk from this place. But there is a bus stop near the hotel. We found a couple of good restaurants as well near the hotel.
