Great B&B, the owner Simone was so friendly and very helpful to accommodate us even though our flight got delayed last minute by a whole day! One of the staff, Camille, always went above and beyond for our requests and to ensure we had a great stay. The building and area felt very safe. The location is very close to Roma Termini station. As well as the Colosseum. Lots of great food options within walking distance. The continental breakfast was great as well. We stayed on the first floor, which was right by reception so that was super convenient too! The room was so spacious and well heated. The only issue we had was that the hot water would last 10 minutes at a time and you would have to wait some time before it reset. Just be aware of that if sharing the space with multiple people. Once we were aware, it wasn't a problem. It's something we noticed with a lot of B&Bs we stayed at, so not an issue exclusive to this place. As it's an older building, we understood immediately. Overall, would recommend staying here!

I stayed in room 309 and share the same review as user Bean M. Wicki. It is in a great location and the staff were friendly, but the room reeked of mold and it was difficult to breathe. The level of cleanliness is questionable. Would not stay here again.

The room was dirty and the deco is super dated. Cheap windows means the room is very noisy with no black outs. Avoid! P.s read the replies to the bad reviews and you will find that they just copy and paste “you must confused us with another property”.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon in Italy and Relais Forus Inn was one of our stops. Even before we flew to Italy, the management at Relais was very friendly and communicate about our upcoming stay. Even when we had to re-arrange travel plans, they were understanding and accommodated us for a stay a couple weeks later. Not sure if this was because of our honeymoon, but they even gave us a glass of champagne when we arrived. We felt super welcomed! Everything was also very clean and the bed was SUPER comfy. Not much street noise either. Would highly recommend!

The staff here is absolutely incredible. It’s a small team but they all went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. The room was incredibly clean. We had a early arrival and the front desk staff welcomed us with coffee, juice, and water. She also helped us print our museum tickets and put our luggage in the room. We were back around noon and the room was ready in immaculate condition. They even welcomed us with wine and snacks in our room. Later in my trip my husband lost his wallet. They had an emergency number that we were able to call and later that morning Simone kindly checked the cameras and asked around for us. Later in the morning he found the wallet and returned it to us! Honestly everyone went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. On top of it all the hotel was modern, clean, affordable, safe (with amazing security), and in the perfect location. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be coming back whenever we are in Rome again. I seriously can’t praise it enough. Many many thanks to the staff at Relais Forus Inn ❤️❤️
